Black Empowerment

The Regime has sold Black Economic Empowerment as “affirmative action” to address the wrongs of the past, accepting the concept of “collective punishment”, “generational guilt” and “racial guilt” undermining basic individual rights and the foundational responsibilities namely: (1) the agreements made to end the system of Apartheid, (2) the South African Constitution, and (3) all civilized societies in the world.

This Black Empowerment system is fundamentally unfair, morally repugnant, and entirely racist discriminating upon skin color to punish individuals for wrongs committed by others.

Black Empowerment favors only descendants of the Bantu Tribes even though they represent the vast majority of South Africa having complete political, fiscal, and military control. 

Black Empowerment created a class of super wealthy who ignore the suffering of the masses.

By authoring and implementing the 114 race-based laws and regulations, the South African Regime has transformed into the most successful Race Hustling syndicate on planet earth. 

These racist Black Empowerment policies have placed the unskilled incompetent in positions that ultimately hastened the demise of the South African economy.

Deliberately Changing The Demographics In The Cape

In a concerted effort to change the demographics in the Western half of Southern Africa, this Regime actively allowed illegal aliens from other African countries and Bantu descendants to resettle in the Cape, sustaining these aliens on South African citizen’s tax produced welfare, providing government housing earmarked for South Africans. 

This deliberate policy destroys families, floods neighborhoods with illegal drugs and ultimately enslaves our youth, woman, and children.

Failure To Ensure The Safety Of Our People

Direct, blatant and public calls by representatives of the South African government to acts of genocide, like “kill the Boer” or “one settler one bullet”, is clearly evidenced in the extremely high rates of murder, rape, and torture in our communities.

This sustained campaign of brutal murder, rape and torture of our farmers over the last 20 years, and the fact that a farmer is more than 4 times as likely to be murdered than the average South African.

The regime is on record denying farm killings and torture but fail to explain how these perpetrators are caught on camera with highly specialized military equipment only available to the regime’s armed forces.

Curiously admitting that the South African Police Force are not doing their jobs and does not have the capacity or is completely incompetent to ensure the safety of citizens in general.

Police Brutality

The regime’s police force has transformed from the protector to a predator, not only tolerating but actively participating in organized crime, gang activity and human trafficking.

Disarming Our People

The Regime admits the police force is unable and incompetent to protect the citizens. 

Our people must take full responsibility for their own safety protecting property and family while the Regime exert greater gun control measures and laws asserting that protection of life and property is not a valid reason to possess a firearm.

Impairing Free Speech

Free speech which promotes liberty, innovation, and free thinking is actively policed and punished by government yet members of this regime, police, and defense force, regularly exposes their hate speech and blatant calls for the murder of our people.  Daring to retaliate is met with excessive Crimen Injuria jail sentence.

State Capture

The regime’s corrupt activities have indebted a once vibrant country to foreigner agents like the Gupta Brothers and the Communist People’s Republic of China allowing economic colonization to enslave our people. 

The Regime has allowed the expropriation of farmland near mineral-rich deposits for resale to Chinese enterprise graciously classifying these Chinese Aliens as “Black” to disguising this Chinese colonization as Black Empowerment.

The ULA has petitioned government for Redress and have entirely exhausted all available internal remedies as our repeated Petitions have simply been met with increased acts of hostility.

The South African regime has stepped up the efforts to change the constitution to now allow for Expropriation without Compensation, 'legally stealing' our peoples' livelihoods.

The South African Regime is thus marked by every act which may define Tyranny and are simply entirely unfit to rule a free people.
